Springs Fabrication has a staff of seasoned examiners and test technicians qualified to perform your most stringent testing requirements. Our on-staff examiners are certified to ASNT (SNT-TC-1A) to perform in-house examination in the following methods:

• Liquid Penetrant (PT)
• Magnetic Particle (MT)
• Visual (VT)
• Bubble Leak (BLT/LT)

Additionally we have have several in-house Certified Weld Inspectors (CWI) with decades of weld inspection experience.

We have a well equipped testing area for performing hydro static and pneumatic testing of all sizes of pressure vessels, tanks and pressure piping. 

Springs Fabrication is well-equipped with a vast array of mechanical inspection instruments and non-destructive examination equipment to implement comprehensive test plans. Our measuring and test equipment (M&TE) is calibrated, documented and traceable to NIST Standards. In addition to a large compliment of standard metrology available, we have the instruments to enhance our capabilities.
