Tom Neppl is the founder and President of Springs Fabrication, LLC. Since founding the company in 1986, Neppl has managed the growth from a two-man operation to one of the largest primary employers in the area.

Neppl continually invests in the future by staying current with new methods and technology. He forges strong relationships and supports the growth of clients' businesses by offering unique services and capabilities.

Under Neppl’s leadership, Springs Fabrication has become a nationally recognized manufacturing company and has developed world class capabilities. Neppl spearheaded the purchase of several companies diversifying the business, including the Springs Fabrication Advanced Technology Group (ATG) division in Westminster, CO.

Neppl has served on numerous community boards including the Colorado Springs Chamber/EDC board and served as board chair. He is past chair of the Southern Colorado chapter of the Colorado Advanced Manufacturing Association (CAMA). Springs Fabrication and Neppl have received numerous community awards including Business Citizen of the Year for Colorado Springs in 2015.

Neppl is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University with a degree in Industrial Electronics.

In 2019, John Sunderman became the CEO and COO of the newly formed Machine Build Technologies, including subsidiary divisions Springs Fabrication and Springs Advanced Technology group.

Sunderman brings proven leadership in building talented teams and implementing strategic and transformational initiatives. He participated in three startup companies in the medical, agricultural, and manufacturing industries, including board positions.

As President and COO, Sunderman led the turnaround of a prominent, multi-location fabrication and metals center concern from near bankruptcy to industry-leading performance. He also guided two international ventures and is experienced with greenfield development.

Sunderman studied at Valparaiso University and sits on several charitable boards.
